We offer many options in terms of financial statement frequencies. These options can range from monthly, quarterly, or even annually financial statement preparation.

The following information is needed from clients each month or quarter in order to prepare the bookkeeping:

• All bank statements associated with the business
• Payroll info (if not doing payroll through us)
• Expenses (if not on the bank statement)
• Source of income
• Cash receipts
• Credit card statements
• Check stubs, etc.

Once we receive the work, we like to have a turnaround time of no later than one month. What you could be expecting to receive with our completed work:

• Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Loans, and Credit Card accounts, etc.
• General Ledger
• Vendor tracking for 1099 Preparation
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement ( Profit & Loss )
